Quality School Foundation (QSF) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organisation. It has been established on the authority of a licence issued by Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984. QSF has been registered as a public company limited by guarantee with Joint Registrar of Companies at Lahore. Income Tax Department after due scrutiny has granted approval under section 2(36) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. QSF has a seven member board of directors to manage the affairs of the organisation.
